How to Identify Your Land Cruiser Series

Toyota Land Cruisers are grouped into series based on their chassis code. Find your series below and check the year range to confirm compatibility.

Where to Find Your Chassis / VIN

Your chassis number is stamped on a plate in the engine bay (usually on the firewall or strut tower) and also appears on your vehicle registration document. The first characters identify the series and engine variant — for example, HZJ75 is a 75-series with a 1HZ diesel engine.

Shipping

Which couriers do you use?

We ship via reputable South African couriers. The courier assigned to your order depends on your location and the size of the parcel. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3 – 5 business days after dispatch. Remote or outlying areas may take an additional 1 – 2 business days. We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1 business day of payment being confirmed.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship to all provinces across South Africa.


Payment

Do you accept EFT / bank deposit?

Yes. Select EFT / Bank Deposit at checkout and our banking details will be displayed on your order confirmation. Please use your order number as the payment reference. Orders are held for 48 hours pending payment — if payment is not received within this window, the order may be cancelled and stock released.

When will my order be dispatched after EFT payment?

Once your payment reflects in our account (usually the same or next business day for same-bank transfers), we will confirm and dispatch your order. Send your proof of payment to us via the contact page to speed up the process.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact page with your order number and reason for return.

What if I ordered the wrong part?

If you ordered a part that does not fit your vehicle and the part is unused and in original condition, we will exchange it or issue a store credit. Please use our fitment guide above and confirm your chassis number before ordering to avoid this. Return shipping costs for incorrect orders are the buyer's responsibility.

What if the part is faulty or damaged?

If you receive a faulty or damaged part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Are there any non-returnable items?

Electrical components, special-order parts, and items that have been installed or modified cannot be returned unless they are confirmed faulty on arrival.
