Fitment Guide

1) The Majority of injector failures or Accelerated Wear-are caused by poor fuel quality. The two main ones being metal or dirt particles in the fuel or contaminants such as paraffin or water.

2) Before fitting these new injectors, it is highly recommended to clean and flush the complete fuel system including the tank, fuel rail, injector pipes as well as fitting a new fuel filter.

3) Carefully inspect fuel lines for Metal or Aluminum particles-which are normally a sign of a failing HP fuel pump. This will cause almost immediate failure of the new injectors if not replaced.

4) When fitting the New Injectors make sure the old injector seals have been removed from the cylinder head. Two injector seals on top of each other will cause excessive smoke and poor performance.

5) It is HIGHLY recommended that new seaIs (not supplied) be used on the fuel return lines (back-leakage pipes). A leak on these lines with internal injectors can lead to fuel dilution in the engine oil. This can cause catastrophic engine failure. Please monitor engine oil levels for a number of days after fitting these type of injectors.
